Detailed Description: Crafted from M2 (6542) high-speed steel, the round threading die boasts high hardness, good toughness, wear resistance, and exceptional cutting performance. Featuring a conical locking hole, the round die offers a strong locking force that prevents any loosening during use. It is perfect for re-threading existing threads in hard materials like metal as well as creating new threads in softer materials such as plastic. To use the round threading die effectively, pair it with a die stock (also known as a die handle or die wrench). Align the positioning groove of the die with the fastening screw in the middle of the wrench, insert the screw into the die's groove, and tighten it securely. Rotate the die in a reverse motion every 1/4~1/2 turn to facilitate chip discharge through the chip hole.

When tapping a thread, make sure to apply suitable lubricating oil to the cutting edge of the die for smooth operation. Chamfer the end of the bar stock at a 1*45 degree angle to prevent cutting issues.
